Tweeting You a Sweet Hello–MFT Color Challenge #113

Hi, all, I'm back with the latest MFT Color Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s color combo: Blueberry, Natural, Limelight, and Jellybean Green. All of the details about the color challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

If this wasn’t a color challenge, I’d be using a blue sky and a yellow sun but since I couldn’t do that I needed to provide those elements some other way. For the sun, I dry embossed with Sunrise Radiating Rays Stencil and then spread molding paste through Cloudy Day Stencil. Then I cut Tree Branch Die-namics from Natural three times, trimmed to fit and added some Copic marker to the bottom edges. The leaves were cut from Jellybean Green and Limelight card stocks and popped it all up on bits of foam.

The little birdie was stamped on No Line Coloring card stock with Extreme Black Hybrid Ink, cut with the coordinating Die-namics, colored with Copic markers, and popped up on foam. The sentiment was heat embossed on Black Licorice card stock cut with Essential Slanted Sentiment Strips Die-namics and also popped up on foam tape.

And there you have it! Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Challenge Blog. You have the chance to win a $50 in MFT voucher. One winner is chosen at random each week!

Thanks for stopping by! See you soon!
