Hello and welcome to Day Two of MFT’s October Release Countdown! Release is in two days, October 8th, at 10am so don’t be late! Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for all the details and to check out what the other design team members have for you. Today we’re previewing Festive Friends Stamp Set, Festive Friends Die-namics, Launch Party Die-namics, Joy Wreath Stamp Set, Joyful Wreath Die-namics, We Wish You a Merry Christmas Stamp Set, Snowy Scene Builder Die-namics, Snowfall - Horizontal Stencil and Snowfall - Vertical Stencil.
I do love a pretty wreath on a door, don’t you? This one certainly fills the bill for me. To begin this card I stamped Wood Plank Background on Primitive Cream Care Stock with Cement Gray dye ink, then popped it up on a Sweet Tooth card stock card base. Then I cut the wreath die from Sour Apple and Gumdrop Green card stocks. I cut the “fronds” of the Sour Apple one apart, adhered the Gumdrop Green wreath to the card front, and added the trimmed fronds for dimension and interest.
The berries were cut from Wild Cherry card stock and adhered, then the sentiment, from Bitty Holiday Wishes, was stamped on Tag Builder Blueprints 5 Die-namics and popped up on foam for the finish. Love!
That’s it from me today—thanks so much for stopping by! I’ll be back tomorrow with my Day One—the last day—card.
