Wishing You Plenty of Holiday Sprits–MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #459

Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. What a fun sketch! I love it! But I wanted to do something different—sketches are just the jumping off place, right? So instead of a paper element for the bottom one I stamped Joy Wreath in two colors on a Kraft card stock card base and added the berries. That looks a little plain so I over stamped with Ho Ho Ho Background with Versamark and it was just the ticket! Then I began the hunt for the next two. The middle one needed to be tall and skinny-ish so I pulled Layered Champagne Glass from my Die-namics and cut it twice from Translucent Vellum—it resembles frosted glass, don’t you think? I adhered them with clear foam in the center so it would be hidden by the sentiment strip.

All that was needed then was to heat emboss the sentiment from Sassy Pants Holiday Too Stamp Set on Black Licorice card stock cut with Fishtail Flag Trio Die-namics, pop it up on foam, and call it done!
