I hadn’t had a chance to use the snarky Merry Elfin’ Christmas Stamp Set or Elfin’ Around Die-namics yet so today is the day. I’ve had these mini gold bells for a while and thought that elf hat was a perfect way to break them out. I started by stamping Christmas Background on Kraft card stock with Versamark then over stamped with Merry Elfin’ Christmas Stamp Set with Delicata Gold pigment ink. I thought about heat embossing it but the Versamark presented a problem so I resisted. Then I matted it with Gold Shine card stock and popped it up on a Sweet Tooth card stock base.
Elfin’ Around Die-namics was cut from Gumdrop Green card stock and Wild Cherry card stock, sponged with matching dye inks, and adhered together and to the card front with foam tape. I snipped off the round pompom and adhered the mini gold bell for the finish!
And that’s it from me today! Thanks so much for stopping by! Don’t forget that MFT will be giving away TWO $100 vouchers—to have a chance to win one, be sure to comment on each of the posts linked on the MFT Blog by end of the day on Thursday, October 10th. The winners will be announced on the MFT Blog on Friday, October 11th. Good luck!!
