Final Countdown! One Day Until MFT’s October Release!!

To begin, I created my background by sponging Broken China, Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire, and Black Soot Distress Inks on Strathmore Bristol Smooth card stock. Next I spattered it with clean water, applied some Ranger Micro glaze and then spattered with white craft ink using a small art brush. This was adhered to a Sweet Tooth card stock card base and set aside.

Then I cut Framed Greetings Cover-Up from Silver Sparkle card stock and the center square from Sweet Tooth card stock. On this square I heat embossed the sentiment from Mini Merry Messages Stamp Set with silver embossing powder. The edges were sponged with the same inks as were used on the background, them matted with Silver Sparkle card stock.

Next I popped Framed Greetings Cover-Up on foam tape as well as the sentiment square. Then I cut Little Town of Bethlehem Die-namics from Sweet Tooth card stock and adhered it to the bottom of the card front. To finish off I added the star from the the set and it was done!
