MFT Fox and Friends Card Kit Release is One Day Away!!

Hello and welcome to Day One of MFT's October Card Kit Countdown!! Fox and Friends Card Kit will be available tomorrow, October 13, at 10am, Eastern so set your alarms! And be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for all the details.

I used dies from Tiny Houses Die-namics for this card and couldn't be happier with now it turned out! I cut all the elements from No Line Coloring card stock and colored them with Copic markers. I wanted the larger house to be a log cabin so first I stamped it with Lined by Hand Background for guidance and then colored it.

Once everything was colored I stamped the sentiment from My Neck of the Woods Stamp set at the bottom of a panel of Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper. Next I sponged the oval background with Oval Extraordinaire Stencil and Stormy Skies Distress Ink and added glitter snow embossing paste using Snowfall - Vertical Stencil and the oval again.

When all of that was dry I adhered the card front on a Sweet Tooth card stock base with foam tape, arranged my scene, and adhered it all down--some directly to the card front and some with foam tape for dimension.

And that's it from me today! Thanks SO much for stopping by! See you back tomorrow for the release of Fox and Friends Card Kit from MFT!

  1. Perfect card! Cabins always remind me of Christmas. The snowy sky, and ground. The lovely trees. Perfect!

  5. I thought you had used corrugated paper for the log house and was suitably impressed to see you did by hand and colouring. Wow
