Color Thowdown #29
Time for another Color Throwdown--#29! This week's colors were chosen by Danielle and was a fun color combination to work with.
My base card is Whisper White with a layers of Kiwi Kiss and Regal Rose, then a layer of Bella Rosa DSP. The focal image, using a stamp from the Dreams du Jour set, was stamped on Whisper White with Memento Rich Cocoa ink and colored with Copic markers (see below). It was then cut out and layered on more Whisper White, then matted with Chocolate Chip with 3M foam squares between the layers. A double frame of Kiwi Kiss and DSP from a hostess Prints Pack was cut/embossed with Nestabilities Label One dies and the focal image attached with more foam squares. The butterfly from the set was stamped and colored in the same manner and attached to the Labels One frame with Crystal Effects. A pink gingham bow and three pink glitter brads finish it off. Danielle picked a great color combination, I think, don't you?
C'mon over to the Color Throwdown blog and play along with us this week. If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword CTD29 so we can see your beauty all in one place. And if you play, you *could* be picked as our Featured Stamper and a guest designer! Hope to see you there!
