Hi, all! I’m back with this week’s Color Throwdown! This week the
fabulous Broni chose an
interesting color combo—that I ended up falling in love with!
And I chose to work with an MFT set that was just
released last night: à
la modes in Talk Nerdy To Me.
She's colored with Copic markers and this paper from Basic Grey's Pyrus collection worked great! And here's the inside, with a sentiment from the set.
Remember, you do not have to have the
exact colors to play the Color Throwdown challenge. If you don't, just
use the closest you have. So, c'mon over to the Color Throwdown blog and
play along with us this week. Please use the link service to post your
card and please link directly to your card so we can find it easily. And
please include a link in your post to the Color Throwdown. If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword CTD158 so
we can see your beauty all in one place. Hope to see you there! Be sure
to check out what the other team members have come up with this week!
We're still on our Summer schedule, but next week the whole design team
should be back in the swing of things! And we are SO happy to have Julee Tilman as our September Guest Designer. Welcome, Julee!!

ReplyDeleteThis is darling, Bar! Fabulous coloring, especially the highlight on the pencil!
ReplyDeleteAaack, Bar! oooh - that's a new one! Akbar, as in the third Mughal Emperor of India! (Wikipedia makes everyone seem so smart, doesn't it? :) ) Anyway, what I was going to say before I so rudely interrupted myself... I LOVE this card! You're coloring is off-the-charts awesome and I NEED that new a la mode! Kim must have been hiding them during the store opening... (*shaking my fist in the general direction of Florida* ;) )
