Bloom–CTD #226

 

Happy Wednesday! It’s time for another Color Throwdown challenge. Denise has chosen a cool palette for us this week, based on her gorgeous inspiration piece.

 

Since these are pretty intense shades I decided to go very neutral with the rest of my design, so a Sweet Tooth card stock base was my starting point. Then I cut out a Die-namics Pretty Pocket Die & Stamp Set from more white card stock and stamped it with Wisteria Wonder ink and the denim pattern from LJD Western Backgrounds. I adhered it to my card base and added some pearl and clear jewel bling and some seam binding that’s a dead ringer for Wisteria Wonder, IRL. I added a Die-namics Leaf-Filled Flourish in each of the two greens and topped it off with three Die-namics Upsy Daisy flowers with pearl centers. Finally, I cut a Die-namics First Place Award Ribbon flag and stamped the sentiment in Perfect Plum ink.
