Hi, everyone, it’s me, back again with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. You can find the sketch on the MFT blog and also in the MFT forum on SCS, as well as in the weekly newsletter. The Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I decided to use a set I haven’t used in a while but love: Die-namics Umbrella Die & Stamp Set. It’s such a great set for a card for someone to which you want to send some uplifting thoughts. So, after I got my card base made, using Sweet Tooth card stock and Tangy Orange card stock from the MFT Boutique, added a Die-namics Chevron Stripe die cut for the diagonal element. I cut my oval with my Die-namics Oval STAX from patterned paper then proceeded to assemble my umbrella. When that was done I popped up my Die-namics Jumbo Cloud STAX die cuts on foam and added my umbrella, also popped up. Finally, I added my sentiment, from the set and stamped with Black Licorice Ink on a Die-namics First Place Award Ribbon flag. Some stitching on the base finished it off nicely.

Here’s the inside with another sentiment from the set:
