Hello Dear Friend–C4C #269

Hi, everyone, welcome to this week’s Crazy 4 Challenges!! Today Peggy has a great CAS sketch for us—SO much possibility with this one, don’t you think?



I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, then, on a panel of Berrylicious card stock, spread some embossing paste through MPD Scallops stencil and let that dry. I then splattered it with gold spray and added a strip of Grout Gray card stock with a narrower strip of gold glitter paper for the horizontal element. I stamped the sentiment, from LJD Blissful Butterflies, at the bottom with Steel Gray dye ink and popped it up on foam mounting tape. Next I added some Leafy Flourish Die-namics, cut from Fuse Green card stock that had been stamped with Diagonal Stripes Background and Fuse Green eye ink. Then I cut LJD Blissful Butterflies Die-namics from Sweet Tooth card stock, stamped it with the coordinating image from LJD Blissful Butterflies in Steel Gray dye ink, and popped it up on foam on top of some rolled up gold thread. I finished off with some gold sequins, adhered with a Quickie Glue Pen.

On the inside, I stamped another butterfly in Berrylicious dye ink and the sentiment in Steel Gray dye ink—both from LJD Blissful Butterflies.
