Hello, Friend–C4C #274

Hello, everyone, welcome to this week’s Crazy 4 Challenges! Kelli Jo is our host and since it’s sketch week, here it is!



I don’t know about you, but when I look at that circle and the “tab” I see a flower and leaves, so that’s what I did. I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, then sponged some Blueberry dye ink through MPD Petal Circles Stencil, matted it with Black Licorice card stock for grounding, stitched the top and bottom, and popped it up on foam mounting tape. Next, on water color paper and with a water brush, I stenciled on Kraft dye ink, Blueberry dye ink, Daffodil dye ink, and Black Licorice dye ink through Scattered Bars Stencil, popped up on foam. Next up, I stamped Striped Backgrounds with Black Licorice dye ink on Sweet Tooth card stock then cut it out with Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics. I added a Sunflower Die-namics, cut from Daffodil card stock with a Kraft card stock center and Royal Leaves Die-namics cut from Jellybean Green card stock. The sentiment is from LJD Fall Foliage, stamped on Black Licorice card stock with Sweet Tooth pigment ink and heat embossed with clear detail embossing powder. I finished off with some enamel dots.

On the INSIDE, I stamped another sentiment from LJD Fall Foliage with Black Licorice dye ink.
