All the Stars in the Sky–MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #312

Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I decided to use the LJD Stars Above stamp set and LJD Stars Above Die-namics for this card. First I did a watercolor wash with Peerless Watercolors on Ranger Watercolor Paper, sprinkled with clean water, and then filled that sky with stars by splattering Copic Opaque White, then I popped it up on foam mounting tape on a Sweet Tooth card stock base.

Then I stamped the sentiment with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock, heat embossed with white detail embossing powder, and popped it up as well. Next I added a star from the set stamped with Black Licorice dye ink and adhered it with foam and finished off with some enamel dots and Sparkling Clear Mix Sequins.

And that’s it! Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the
MFT Challenge Blog. You have the chance to win a $20 in MFT voucher. One winner is chosen at random each week!

Thanks so much for stopping by—see you soon!
