MFT August Release Countdown, Day Three

Hello and welcome to Day Three of MFT’s August Release Countdown! Today is Pure Innocence day and have we got a cutie for you this month. I went CAS with my design to give the image center stage. The background was sponged with Berrylicious dye ink on Smooth White card stock and I used White Birch Wood Adhesive-Backed Sheet for the “floor”. I used a strip of Party Patterns Paper Pack down the left side and colored her with Copic Markers.



To make her jeans look realistic I soaked a scrap of denim in Blender Solution and pressed it on jean area after I colored it. Tip: be sure to do this before coloring any other area because it might bleed. The sentiment was stamped with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock cut with Essential Speech Bubbles Die-namics and popped up on foam mounting tape. I love this girl!

For my second card I got out the watercolors



Almost everything in this Wild About You scene was watercolored with Peerless Watercolors. I added Grassy Edges Die-namics, an Inside & Out Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics sun and Puffy Clouds Die-namics cut from Sweet Tooth card stock.



Then I staged my elements, popping some up on foam tape for dimension. I’m wild about this set!!!
