Let’s Tool Around–MFT May Vault Release is in One Day!

One day until
MFT’s May Vault Release! I always loved Let’s Tool Around Stamp Set and Tool Time Die-namics and I’m so glad to see them back! They’re perfect for Father’s Day so be sure to snag a set tomorrow at 10am Eastern when they’re released! Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for all the details!

First off I created my tools, using Silver Shine card stock and colored the handles with Copic markers after cutting them out of No Line Coloring card stock. Once they were assembled, I “hung” on Pegboard Die-namics, which I cut from Kraft card stock and then trimmed down to fit my card design.

The sentiment, from Let’s Tool Around Stamp Set was stamped on a Sweet Tooth card stock base with Extreme Black hybrid ink. I added two patterned papers, from Woodgrain Whimsy and Spring Whimsy—I thought they gave this card a softly masculine feel—tied around some hemp cord, and popped the tool-laden pegboard up on foam tape for the finish.

And there you have it for the day two of peeks of MFT’s May’s Vault Release! Thanks so much for stopping by! See you tomorrow for Release Day!
