Are you ready for another MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge? Here’s this week’s sketch. You can find the sketch on the MFT blog and also in the MFT forum on SCS, as well as in the weekly newsletter. The Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.
I went all scrappy with this card—and sorta vintage, too, in a nautical kinda way using Inspired by Lighthouses. I changed it up a bit and made an A2 card instead of square—you know I avoid square every chance I get ;-) I cut my elements out and stamped my lighthouse and my sentiment, then I distressed everything with both a distressing tool and ink. Before I adhered the sentiment panel I added a sailor’s knot. To finish it off I added some clear Dew Drops and some Tim Holtz gears.
Here’s the inside with another sentiment from the set, along with the lighthouse again.
And that’s it! Thanks so very much for stopping by today!
