Merry Christmas–MFTWSC #152

Hi, everyone, I’m back again with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I’m still trying to build up my Christmas card stash and this is another one to add to the pile. I started by stamping Sheet Music Background with Kraft ink on Kraft card stock then stitched that to some Jellybean Green card stock. I popped that up on a Kraft card stock base with some foam. Then I stamped some “patterned paper” with my Plaid Builder Background and Kraft ink, Jellybean Green ink, and Wild Cherry ink. I stitched that down, too, then added a Simply Scallops Medium border, topped with a Washi Tape Die-namics strip cut from Primitive Cream card stock and stamped with Jellybean Green ink. I stamped the sentiment with Wild Cherry ink on a Designer Labels 3 STAX Die-namics cut from Primitive Cream card stock. I popped that up on foam and finished off with Wild Cherry buttons tied with hemp cord.

Here’s the inside, with another sentiment from the set.

And that’s that! Thanks so much for stopping by—hope to see you playing!
