The Ornaments of Life - C4C #212

Hey, everyone, welcome to this week’s Crazy 4 Challenges! Today’s challenge, since it’s the third Saturday in the month, is a sketch, and Anja has a great sketch for us today. I flipped it on it’s side, but I love it!

I’m still adding to my Christmas card stash so I decided to use this sweet little
PI – Trim the Branches Snowman for my card today. I stamped him on Neenah Classic Crest Cover, Solar White Smooth, 130lb with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored him with Copic markers. I also used my fabulous Plaid Builder Background set to make my patterned paper with Red Hot ink, Sno Cone ink, and Black Licorice ink. The base card is Black Licorice card stock and my plaid was stamped on Sweet Tooth card stock. I used some glitter paper to cut out an Icicle Border Die-namics and Red Hot card stock, Sno Cone card stock, and Black Licorice card stock for the First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics flags at the top. I stitched them on and popped up the image panel on foam tape.

On the inside, I stamped a sentiment from the set.

And that's it! Be sure to check out what the rest of the design team has for you, including November’s guest designer, Vicki Parson!

THEN, you know what to do--we'd love to have you come along and play with us. Just do your thing with the challenge and link it to Mr. Linky on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Please link directly to your project. And, if you upload to a public gallery, please use the key word C4C212. Thanks so much for stopping by today!
