Hello there!! It’s time, it’s time!! MFT’s May Release is now available for purchase in the MFT Online Boutique! Be sure to check by the MFT Blog for all the details and to see how you can have a chance to win free stuff!
Before I continue I have to tell you that I’m so excited to have a class for this month’s Release Classes. You can find it and more from talented MFT Designers HERE on the MFT site.
I love this little tyke with his kitty, don’t you? But then, I love anything to do with kitties ;-) I kept it pretty simple to highlight him and his buddie. I sponged the background and included a border of Black & White Stripes Patterned Paper to tie things together.
The images were stamped on No Line Coloring Card Stock with Extreme Black Hybrid Ink, cut out with the coordinating Die-namics, colored with Copic markers, and popped up on foam tape. The sentiment was heat embossed on Black Licorice card stock and also adhered with foam tape.
I made this card to send to the vet who took care of one of our cats when she had lymphoma. She was in remission for almost two years, thanks to them, and they sent us a gorgeous potted hydrangea when she passed. This is a little thank you for all they did.
And that’s it! I hope I’ve given you some ideas for using YOUR new May goodies in some fun ways. Thanks so much for stopping by…and happy shopping!! And don’t forget that MFT will be giving away TWO $100 vouchers—to have a chance to win one, be sure to comment on each of the designers’ blogs by end of the day on Thursday, May 10th. The winners will be announced on the MFT Blog on Friday, May 11th. Good luck!!
