Hello and welcome back to Day Two of MFT’s April Release Countdown!! Are you having fun??? It won’t be long and all of the products from the April Release can be yours! Release is on April 9th at 10am—stop by the MFT Blog for all the details. Today we’re previewing Sweet Spring Friends Stamp Set, Sweet Spring Friends Die-namics, Window Die-namics, and Tree Branch Die-namics (Previous Free with $60).
You can use Window Die-namics two ways—it’s a casement window and the sides open out—so cool! You can design it so you’re on the inside looking out or on the outside looking in—so versatile! I wanted to use Sweet Spring Friends Stamp Set so I’m on the inside looking out today :) And I needed wallpaper so I used All Lined Up Background stamped with Cement Gray dye ink for a subtle background for my window. The window was cut from Sweet Tooth card stock and I adhered some clear acetate card stock to the back side before adhering it to the card front with foam tape.
For the scene, I stamped Sweet Spring Friends Stamp Set on No Line Coloring card stock with Extreme Black hybrid ink, cut them out with the coordinating Die-namics, and colored them up with Copic markers. The sky was created by sponging Berrylicious dye ink on Strathmore Bristol Smooth card stock, then the colored images were adhered directly and finished off with some Grassy Edges Die-namics cut from Gumdrop Green card stock. The card front was adhered with foam tape as was the heat embossed sentiment.
Thanks for stopping by today! I’ll be back tomorrow for Day One—and the last day—of MFT’s April Release Countdown! See you then!
