You Make Me Happy - One Day Until MFT's Wild About Rainbows December Card Kit Release!

Hello! Welcome to Day One of MFT's December Card Kit, Wild About Rainbows, Release Countdown! The kit is available tomorrow, December 15th, at 10am Eastern so set your clocks! And don't forget to stop by the MFT Blog for all the details!

I love the way Color Blast Die-namics seems like the rainbow's end ifs right in front of you and that's what drove my design plan. To begin, I sponged the sky with Blue Breeze dye ink and Mini Cloud Edges Stencil. Then I cut Color Blast Die-namics from Sweet Tooth card stock, colored each strip with a Copic marker, and taped the strips together on the back.

Next I added Grassy Hills Die-namics cut from Sour Apple card stock to sandwich the "end of the rainbow" and to support the Modern Trees Stamp Set and Die-namics. Foam tape was used for dimension.

To finish off, I added Happy Day Stamp Set stamped with Black Licorice dye ink and cut with Phrase Builder Die-namics and popped up on foam.

And there you have it for today's card! Thanks so much for stopping by! See you back tomorrow for MFT's November card kit release!

  1. What a great scene-building idea! I can imagine many themes and occasions that could use the rainbow this way.
