Weather with You, MFT February Card Kit, Countdown Day Two

If you know anything about cats, you know they can't resist a cardboard box. So, the minute I saw this Die-namics I knew I wanted to put a cat in it! One didn't seem like enough so I stacked three of them and used the kitty from Missing You Every Single Day Stamp Set and Die-namics.

The sky was sponged on Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper with Broken China Distress Ink and the grass sponged with Mowed Lawn and Peeled Paint Distress Inks. Both were spattered with clean water, white craft paint, and the sky with diluted Broken China reinker and the grass with diluted Mowed Lawn reinker. The grass was cut with Grassy Fields Die-namics then both were popped up on foam tape on a Sweet Tooth card stock base.

The boxes were cut from Kraft card stock and the edges sponged with Gathered Twigs Distress ink, assembled, and stacked on the card front with foam tape. The kitty was stamped on No Line Coloring card stock with Extreme Black hybrid ink, cut with the coordinating Die-namics, colored with Copic markers, and slipped into the box. T

The sentiment was heat embossed with white detail embossing powder on Eiffel Tower card stock cut with Essential Stitched Fishtail Sentiment Strips and popped up on foam tape. Petite Clouds Die-namics, cut from Sweet Tooth card stock, we added for the finish.
