Time for another Color Throwdown and it's my turn to pick colors again. I decided on Not Quite Navy, Kiwi Kiss, and Blush Blossom. I love Blush Blossom and don't use it often enough! And I'm using our very own
Tammy Hershberger's sketch from
Paper Craft Planet's Sketch challenge this week.

My base card is Whisper White with layers of Not Quite Navy, Kiwi Kiss, and DP from the 6 x 6 pack called Butterfield by Memory Box.

The next element is Not Quite Navy and Kiwi Kiss, that I ran through my Cuttlebug with the Distressed Stripe embossing folder. The next element is Not Quite Navy and Blush Blossom on which I did a fair amount of paper piercing. The focal image was stamped on Gina K. Pure Luxury 80 lb paper with a stamp from Flourishes' Lilac set in Memento Rich Cocoa and colored with Copic markers (see below for colors). I also added some shading with a Sakura glitter pen and went over the entire image with Angel Wings Shimmerz. It was cut/embossed with my Large Labels

Nestabilities die and matted with Kiwi Kiss and Not Quite Navy before being mounted on 3M foam squares. The sentiment was stamped on Whisper White with Not Quite Navy using a stamp from Verve's Wonderful Wishes set. I punched it out with my 1" circle punch and attached it to a Round Tab punch out in Not Quite Navy. I then attached it just under the edge of the focal image. A fabric covered brad from The Paper Studio finishes it off.
