Kindred Spirits - C4C #101

Hey, everyone, I'm late!!! Late getting this posted. I've had my card done for over a week , but not my blog post, so of COURSE my Internet connection decided to take a little vacation last night. Grrrrrrrrr!! So, this will be short and sweet so I can go live.

It's Crazy 4 Challenges day and today's challenge is to play Bingo! So fun, I promise! Get all the deets on the C4C blog and play along! ALSO, today's challenge is sponsored by Flourishes. So be sure and hop on over to their store to see all the gorgeous sets they have for sale. AND if you play along with this week's challenge, you'll have a chance to win one of two sets Flourishes has generously donated.

Soooo, I'm using one of the latest releases, Sweet Days Of Summer, a companion to last year's Kid's Play. I chose to use the little girl with the watering can image because it speak to me as a gardener. But if you could see my garden this year, you think I NEED this little girl to help me, LOL! So dry.

I stamped her with Versafine ink in Onyx Black, popped her up, and tied a ribbon around. Did a little stitching and added a sentiment tag.

This set has too many sweet sentiments to only use one, so I added another one to the inside. So, what Bingo squares did I use? Diagonal top left to bottom right: Square card, die cuts, two or more patterned papers.

OK, short and sweet ;-) Sooooo, NOW, be sure to check out the samples by the rest of my crazy girls...er, I mean the Crazy 4 Challenges team ;-)
THEN, you know what to do--we'd love to have you come along and play with us. Just do your thing with the challenge and link it to Mr. Linky on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Please link directly to your project. And, if you upload to a public gallery, please use the key word C4C101.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  5. My internet and phone were down all day yesterday, too. So frustrating! Your silhouette is so perfect! I think I need to use a different ink with this particular stamp. Mine always looks spotty.
