Welcome back to Day Four of MFT’s September Teasers. Today we’re previewing Sending Thanks (last month’s Free With $60 set), Mona Pendleton Designs Contemporary Roses, Mona Pendleton Designs Contemporary Roses Die-namics, Autumn Wreath Die-namics, and Mona Pendleton Designs Scallops Stencil. Be sure to head on over to the MFT Blog and check out what the other designers have for you today. Release is September 3rd at 10pm!
I’m using Sending Thanks for my card today. I started with a Primitive White card stock base, then added a little strip of Sweet Tooth card stock on which I’d stamped an image from LJD Art Expression Text stamped with Black Licorice ink. I added some Kraft corrugated paper on that, then cut my sentiment panel from Primitive White card stock with a die from the soon-to-be-released Die-namics Pierced Rectangle STAX set. I stamped several images from Sending Thanks on it, in Black Licorice ink, Tangy Orange ink, and Berrylicious ink, then popped it up on foam after matting it with Black Licorice card stock. I added a little Tangy Orange ribbon and hemp cord-tied Berrylicious button element under the edge. I finished it off with a few scattered enamel dots.
I stamped another sentiment from the set on the inside, with Black Licorice ink.
This card is also for this week’s Crazy 4 Challenges challenge. Check out the challenge blog for all the details. Thanks so much for stopping by today! Hope to see you back tomorrow for Day Five!
