Hey, Gillfriend–MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #431

Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s
MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I began with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, then added a Sweet Tooth card stock panel dry embossed with Sunrise Radiating Rays Stencil and popped it up on foam tape on the base. Next I used a watercolored background I found in my stash using Wavy Coloring Book Background, matted it with Black Licorice card stock and adhered it to the embossed panel directly. Then I stamped the images from BB Gill Friends Stamp Set with Extreme Black hybrid ink, cut them out with the coordinating Die-namics, colored them with Copic markers, and popped them up on the watercolored panel

Then I heat embossed the sentiment on Heavyweight Translucent Vellum cut with Stitched Fishtail Sentiment Strips Die-namics. I backed that with Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strips using little dots of matte glue and popped them both up on the panel with foam tape.

And there you have it! Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Challenge Blog. You have the chance to win a $50 in MFT voucher. One winner is chosen at random each week!
Thanks for stopping by! See you soon!
