Hi, all, welcome to Day Four of MFT’s April Release Countdown! Today we’re previewing BB Cool Cat Stamp Set, BB Cool Cat Die-namics, BB Lucky Dog Stamp Set, BB Lucky Dog Die-namics, Inside & Out Stitched Rounded Rectangle STAX Die-namics, and Proper Pinstripes Paper Pack. Don’t forget, release is on April 5th at 10pm—be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for all the details.
I Have two cards for you today—one for each of the Birdie Brown releases. I couldn’t decide which one to do so I did both :) My first card is using BB Lucky Dog and BB Lucky Dog Die-namics, Blueprints 28 Die-namics and the new Proper Pinstripes Paper Pack, along with a couple of previously release products. I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock, then worked on another piece of Sweet Tooth card stock and adhered it to my base (if I messed up my sponging I would only waste a panel of card stock and not an entire base). I sponged my night sky using, bottom to top, Peach Bellini dye ink, Coral Crush dye ink, Blue Yonder dye ink, Blueberry dye ink, and After Midnight dye ink. To create the moon, I simply temporarily adhered a card stock circle and sponged around/over it, leaving the white card stock showing.
Then I added Paris Skyline Die-namics, cut from Gravel Gray card stock, Grassy Fields Die-namics cut from Proper Pinstripes Paper Pack and the sentiment from the set, stamped with Versarmark on Black Licorice card stock, cut with Blueprints 28 Die-namics and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. The poodle image was stamped on X-Press It Blending Card with Black Licorice hybrid ink and colored with Copic markers. Elements were popped up on foam mounting tape for dimension and I finished off by adding Stars in the Sky – Horizontal Die-namics cut from Silver Sparkle card stock.

My Second card is a bit more CAS.
This card also started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base. I added Proper Pinstripes Paper Pack and a narrow strip of Black Licorice card stock before popping the main panel up on foam mounting tape.
The main panel is X-Press It Blending card, the image and sentiment were stamped with Black Licorice hybrid ink and the image was colored with Copic markers. To finish off I added some hearts from Tag Builder Blueprints 5 Die-namics cut from Wild Cherry card stock. This card is also for this week’s Crazy 4 Challenges challenge.
And that’s it from me today! Thanks so much for stopping by—see you back tomorrow for Day Three of MFT’s April Release Countdown!
