Thank You–MFTWSC #193

MFTWSC193_2014sep10

Hey, there! It’s Wednesday noon so it must be time for this week’s MFTWSC! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

MFTWSC193

I started with a Nightshift Blue Card Stock base. Next I stamped up a piece of Primitive White Card Stock with Fuse Green Ink and the soon-to-be-released Fine Check Background, layered it with Kraft Card Stock and popped them up on the base with foam. On a piece of Kraft Card Stock, I stamped Burlap Background with Natural Ink, cut a Circle STAX Set 2 Die-namics hole and set it aside. I stamped the tree from LJD Out on a Limb on Berrylicious Card Stock with Fuse Green Ink and Chocolate Brown ink, slipped it under the hole, then popped them both up on foam. The sentiment is also from LJD Out on a Limb and was stamped on Primitive White Card Stock cut with Sentiment Strips Die-namics, then popped across the bottom of the cut-out circle. I finished off with a Nightshift Blue Button, Sno Cone Button, and a Fuse Green Button, tied with hemp cord.

On the inside is another sentiment from the set, stamped with Nightshift Blue Ink.

And that’s it for me today! Thanks so much for dropping by; see you soon!

  2. That tree is a must-have! I love how you have offset it slightly to work in the window with the little flag - fabulous layout!
