Welcome back to this week’s Crazy 4 Challenges! Cindy is still our host and this week she’s challenging us to do some paper piecing on our cards. I love to paper piece so this one was right up my alley!
I can’t believe I had never inked up this little cutie so it was about time I got her out! I stamped her on Neenah Classic Crest Cover, Solar White Smooth, 130lb paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and paper pieced her kimono after coloring the rest of the image. Then I cut it out with a Die-namics Oval STAX and layered her on a Die-namics Oval Dainty Doily die cut. I used my Die-namics Dainty Lace Border and added a Die-namics Upsy Daisy flower. The sentiment was stamped on a fishtail from Die-namics First Place Award Ribbon and folded at each end to pop it up a bit.
Here’s the inside with another sentiment from the set.
Here are the Die-namics dies I used on this card:
And that's all for me for me! Be sure to check out what the rest of the design team has for you!
