Grateful for You–C4C #302

Hello, everyone! It’s time for another Crazy 4 Challenges! Raquel is our host this week and here’s her challenge to us: Labor Day is
here! Time to say goodbye to Summer, be it one last BBQ, dive in the pool, a parade or picnic. How will you celebrate? Show me on a card.

Well, I usually start my Fall decorating on Labor Day so that’s probably what I’ll be doing, hence this card :)

It has a Kraft card stock base, a Sweet Tooth card stock layer stamped with Formal Fleur de Lis Background and Safety Orange dye ink, then a sentiment from LJD Fall Foliage, stamped with Chocolate Brown dye ink. I added a Boutique Window Die-namics, cut from Sweet Tooth card stock with a Fall scene right outside. For my scene I used a tree from Spooky Scene Die-namics cut from Chocolate Brown card stock and leaves from Pi Thankful Friend, cut from Orange Zest card stock, Jellybean Green card stock, and Safety Orange card stock. Before the card front was popped upon foam mounting tape on the base, I tied around some hemp cord and it was done!

And that's it! Be sure to check out what the rest of the design team has for you, including our September Guest Designer, Fran Sabad!

THEN, you know what to do--we'd love to have you come along and play with us. Just do your thing with the challenge and link it to Mr. Linky on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Please link directly to your project. And, if you upload to a public gallery, please use the key word C4C302.

Thanks so much for stopping by today—see you soon!
