MFT August Teaser, Day Two–Handle With Care

mftteasertimegraphic

Did you just LOVE yesterday’s previews??? Oh, yeah :) I have two cards for you today so I apologize up front for the long post. I hope you think it's worth it ;-)

Today we're showing you Just the Ticket Die-namics and Stamp Set, á la modes in I Spy and á la modes in Bundle of Baby.  I’m showing you á la modes in Bundle Of Baby and Just the Ticket Die-namics and Stamp Set, but first, a few little things you need to know:
  • The August Guest Designer Contest continues and ends on Monday, August 1st at 10 PM EST. The winner will be announced at the release party. Get the deets here.
  • Teasers continue daily through Tuesday, August 2nd. Head on over to the MFT blog to see what the rest of the team has come up with for today's teasers. Every day there will be a prize hidden on two of the Creative Team's blog posts. Leaving a comment on every designer's blog post will give you the best chance of winning every day :) Check the MFT blog daily for the winners.
  • The August Hop and Shop will begin at 10:00pm August 2nd, with the hop also starting at the MFT Blog.
Is this sweet or what??!! I colored this little chickie with Copic markers, cut her out, and popped her up on foam. The sentiment is from Just the Ticket, cut with the coordinating die. Love that ticket die—I’m thinking I’m going to be using it a LOT. I added the little onesie from the Notched Tag Die and Stamp Set onto the ticket die cut because I just couldn’t resist. LOVE how MFT dies work so well together, don’t you?

Here’s the inside with a sentiment from the á la modes set.

Here are the Die-namics dies I used on this card: Just the Ticket Die and Stamp Set; Notched Tag Die and Stamp Set, and Open Bracket Die-namics die.

I also have another card using one of yesterday's sets: Clearly Sentimental About Sympathy and it's also for the C4C challenge today: Tent cards. Get all the deets at the C4C Blog. I'll try to be quick with this one :)

I used Upsy Daisy Die-namics dies and the soon-to-be-released Fancy Flourish die for my hanging element. I cut out the flourishes first, then attached the assembled daisies and leaves, added some support on the back, and hung it from the inside top fold with Pearl cotton.

Here's a frontal view. The sentiment was stamped on a First Place Award Ribbon die cut (can you wear out a die?!) matted with the larger die cut.

Here's a side view showing how it hangs inside the tent.

Here are the Die-namics dies I used on this card:

Thanks so much for stopping by! I’ll  be back tomorrow with this month’s Pure Innocence calendar page :)
