Hey, there! It’s Wednesday noon so it must be time for this week’s MFTWSC! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.
I started with a Kraft card stock base, then applied embossing paste to a piece of Primitive White card stock through Small Chevron Stripes stencil, matted it with Black Licorice card stock, and popped it up on the base on foam. Next I created a quilt, using Blueprints 20 Die-namics and Kraft card stock, Sour Apple card stock, and Berrylicious card stock. I adhered that, added a strip of patterned paper that I made using Striped Backgrounds, Sheet Music Background, and Sour Apple dye ink, Berrylicious dye ink, and Black Licorice dye ink. Next I added a strip of Black Licorice card stock stamped with a sentiment from Cozy Greetings, stamped with Sweet Tooth pigment ink and heat embossed and popped up on foam. I finished off with some enamel dots.
Another sentiment from the set was stamped on the inside.
And that’s all for today! Thanks so much for stopping by—see you again soon!
