Hey, everyone! I’ve got another Christmas card for you today—got beef up that stash, you know :)
There’s a big announcement over on the the MFT Blog today that you won’t want to miss so I’m going to make this short and sweet :) My card started with a Wild Cherry card stock base, then added a piece of Sweet Tooth card stock with embossing paste applied through Herringbone Bricks stencil. Then I added several sizes of Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics die cuts: Sheet Music Background stamped on Sweet Tooth card stock with Black Licorice ink, Black Licorice card stock, and Wild Cherry card stock. Next I created a multi-layer Spring Wreath Die-namics element—I love Winter Wreath Die-namics, as I’m sure you know ;-) But I thought Spring Wreath Die-namics would make a good boxwood wreath substitute :)
Next I cut LJD Christmas Label and Tag Die-namics from Sweet Tooth card stock, stamped the coordinating image from LJD Christmas Labels and Tags with Black Licorice ink and filled in the flower and foliage with Copic markers. I popped that up on foam and it was done!
A sentiment from LJD Snowflake Splendor was stamped on the inside with Black Licorice ink.
And that’s it for today! MFT’s November Release Countdown starts TOMORROW, so I’ll see you then!
