Happy Mother's Day
Another purple card and I like this one much better. This card is for Flourishes' Timeless Tuesday Challenge #13, which is a sketch this week, and Copic Creations Challenge #3--to use purple.
My base card is Whisper White with layers of Old Olive, Pale Plum, and DP from the Sprout 6 x 6 pack by Memory Box. The four square elements are more of the same with different DP from the pack. An olive green sheer ribbon was tied around in a bow. The third image is Old Olive cut/embossed with a Labels Three Nestabilities die with Pale Plum and Whisper White layers on it, cut/embossed with circle dies. The focal image uses the Siberian Iris from Flourishes' Siberan Iris set and was stamped on Gina K Pure Luxury 80lb paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic Markers (see below). It was then popped up on 3M foam squares. The sentiment is from the same set and was stamped on Whisper White with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, punched out with a 1 3/16" punch, and matted with DP punched out with the Designer Label punch. I'm liking this card a lot--what about you?
Thanks for dropping by today!
